Composition
Control Panel
The laser power of up to 1500W in the system can be conveniently adjusted through intuitive buttons, allowing for quick access to optimal welding settings for different materials and thicknesses. With 74 stored presets and the ability to define user-specific process parameters, even inexperienced welders can be trained to perform welding tasks within a few hours. The selected storage mode enables a high peak power of up to 2500W, providing enhanced welding capabilities.
Welding Gun
The handheld laser welding gun is compact, ergonomic, and highly comfortable to use. It features a lightweight design with a built-in swing function and a safe 2-step triggering mechanism, allowing for continuous high-quality welding.
Laser Welding Wiring
The system features a clearly marked rear connection for easy setup. Laser transmission, gas, and spray gun control are pre-connected to a 5m (or optional 10m) cable. Simply plug in the power and gas, secure the cord, and start using it. Advanced parameter settings, including process parameters, can be fine-tuned and saved when connected to a network.
Automatic Wire Feeder
The automatic wire feeder offers features like automatic wire withdrawal, delayed wire feeding, welder delay, pulsating wire feeding, and continuous wire feeding. It is suitable for welding diverse materials including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, low carbon steel, and non-ferrous metals.
Safety Glasses
The optical carbonated polyester lens offers protection in the wavelength range of 190-540nm. It provides a comfortable fit, with no dizziness or glare, and is made of lightweight, water-proof, and impact-proof material.
Laser Welding Helmet
The high-temperature-resistant PC material used is durable and can withstand up to 120 degrees without deformation. It offers protection against collisions, glare, pressure, drops, splashes, and is highly wear-resistant. It is suitable for argon arc welding, secondary welding, and laser cutting.
