CNC Vertical Machining Centre VMC1050 is a machine with bed, table, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts made of high-strength cast iron, modelling with resin sand process and two times aging treatment to eliminate stress. It improves the rigidity and stability of the big parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppresses the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by the cutting force.

Features
- X, Y, Z-axis guideway sub adopts rolling linear guideway, servo motor is directly connected with high-precision ball screw through elastic coupling to reduce intermediate links and realise backlash-free transmission, small dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speed, no creeping at low speed, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo-driven performance, which improves the precision and stability of the machine tool.
- Bearing the complete set of spindles are assembled under constant temperature conditions, are through the dynamic balance correction and run-in test, to improve the service life and reliability of the complete set of spindles. Its speed range can achieve stepless speed regulation, the spindle adopts the motor built-in encoder control, can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
- Electric lubrication device, can be forced lubrication of vertical, horizontal, vertical screws and guide rails to reduce the wear and tear of the machine tool and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool. The cooling system can change the flow of coolant by adjusting the nozzle to meet different machining requirements.
- adopts the protective cover of the guide rail of the sealed machine tool, which effectively protects the guide rail and the lead screw, and prolongs its service life.
- High-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity spindle unit with high load capacity and maximum speed of 8000rpm.
Applications
- It can realise one-time clamping of various discs, plates, shells, cams, moulds and other complex parts, and can complete a variety of processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, hinging, rigid tapping, etc. It is suitable for the production of multi-species, medium and small batches of products, and can meet the processing of complex, high-precision parts.
