+Surface grinding machine is a type of grinding machine, a type of grinding machine that grinds flat or shaped surfaces of workpieces and is suitable for grinding e.g. hardened steel and carbide. Surface grinders usually consist of an electromagnetic suction cup similar to a table, a grinding wheel fixed on a rotating spindle and several hand wheels (for manual operation). It mainly uses the grinding wheel to rotate and grind the workpiece in order to achieve the required flatness. According to the shape of the table, it can be divided into two kinds: rectangular table and round table; the main parameters of rectangular table surface grinder are the width and length of the table, and the main parameter of the round table is the diameter of the working table surface. According to the different types of axes, they can be divided into horizontal axis and vertical axis grinding machines.
