Centerless grinding machine, is a kind of grinding machine which does not need to use the axial positioning of the workpiece to grind, mainly consists of three mechanisms: grinding wheel, adjusting wheel and workpiece support, the parts are suspended by gravity between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel, which controls the rotating speed and the feed speed of the workpiece, while the workpiece support is responsible for supporting the workpiece during grinding. The grinding wheel actually does the grinding, and the adjusting wheel controls the rotation of the workpiece and the feed speed of the workpiece. Centerless grinding machine is suitable for processing complex parts with large inner diameter size, thin wall, large hole depth ratio and high accuracy requirements, and is widely used in aerospace, automotive, machinery, electronics and other fields.
