Features
- High-strength base design: overall square structure with multi-layer mesh rib layout inside ensures high rigidity and stability of the machine.
- Column beam structure: High-strength wall plate design, full circumferential contact between the beam and the base, providing excellent contact rigidity and stability.
- Table drive system: torque motor direct drive, realizing infinite speed regulation, with Heidenhain angle encoder for non-circular grinding.
- High precision spindle system: Closed hydrostatic spindle design ensures high precision and rigidity of the rotary table spindle.
- Guideway and slide configuration: X-axis (lateral movement of the grinding head) adopts large-size double wire rails and several heavy preload slides, while Z-axis (vertical movement of the grinding head) uses medium-size wire rails and heavy preload to ensure high load capacity and fast response.
- Servo motor system: XZ axis are equipped with high power servo motors to provide fast response speed.
- Scale Configuration: X-axis is equipped with scale as standard, Z-axis can be equipped with optional scale to further improve positioning accuracy.
- Spindle layout: left and right side arrangement, the left side of the vertical spindle, the right side of the horizontal spindle, you can choose double vertical spindle.
- Spindle type: Rolling bearing electric spindle and dynamic and static pressure spindle are available. The standard configuration is rolling bearing electric spindle, which is suitable for high-speed grinding; dynamic and static pressure spindle is suitable for precision grinding.
- Bearing and Accuracy: Rolling bearing spindles are equipped with NSK precision bearings, with a spindle accuracy of 0.002mm; hydrostatic spindles have an even higher accuracy of 0.001mm.
- Cooling system: All spindles are equipped with oil coolers to ensure stable spindle operation.
