Semi-automatic centerless lathe WXC series adopts the combination of hydraulic and manual operation, which is economical and practical, and the loading and unloading can be realized by electric operation. Solve the problem of low processing efficiency and high labor intensity of traditional fully manual lathe, and at the same time overcome the problems of high cost, complicated operation and difficult maintenance of fully automatic CNC lathe, the solution of easy operation and low maintenance cost is especially suitable for small and medium-sized mass production and diversified processing needs.

Features
- The tools are adjusted for uniform automatic centering. The distance of the knife trimming edge is long, the processing is smooth and clean, and the speed of walking material is high.
- The front guide device is a roller-type clamping mechanism, effectively avoiding material scratches. The middle and rear guide clamping device is designed with a combination of elastic clamping and rigid clamping structure to meet the different requirements of different users for processing materials and precision and ease of use.
- The whole line of equipment is controlled by semi-automatic push button. The hydraulic pressing device adopts special hydraulic circuit design, which has long pressure holding time, power saving, good self-locking ability, accurate position, reliable pressing, and convenient adjustment and easy operation.
- Feeding and discharging device is designed with automatic centering, which can be adjusted automatically when the material diameter changes. The feeding wheel has a wide range of adaptability, no need to change the wheel frequently, and high working efficiency. Due to the increase of oil and gas lubrication device, the bearing life is extended 3-6 times, the material traveling larger line speed up to 8m/min. the universal axis transmission of the transfer case is more reliable.
