Centreless grinding machine M series is modular design, including M200, M300 and M400 models, each model can be equipped with bearing spindle and dynamic and static ceramic spindle to cope with different working conditions; can be equipped with single-point diamond dresser, diamond roller dresser, and profile roller dresser; can be extended to 10-axis CNC control; this model covers M11100, M10200, KC series and its derivatives. and other competitors; suitable for plunge and pass grinding of workpieces in the diameter range 1.5-150 mm. The maximum plunge width is up to 200 mm.

Features
2-axis CNC grinding wheel dresser: 2-axis CNC dresser can accurately dress steps, curves, arcs and other grinding wheel shapes, and at the same time, it can store multiple sets of dressing programmes to match different workpieces for easy changeover.
Servomotor-controlled grinding feed: the combination of servomotor and ball screw effectively ensures sensitive and precise feeding, which significantly reduces the size dispersion of the ground workpiece.
Modular grinding wheel spindles: The grinding wheel spindles are available as bearing spindles or as dynamic and static ceramic spindles, which can be used under different operating conditions to fulfil their respective characteristics.
