Small thread rolling machine R7NC features include digital indication for fine-tuning spindle tilt, independent motor drives, synchronized control, and NC on-screen inputs for adjusting the pitch of the thread rolling wheels for easy operation. Dual 2.5kW spindle motors provide strong power and the 1,500kg weight ensures stability. Compact size and space-saving design are ideal for gear manufacturing.
- Spindle inclination can be fine-tuned by digital indicator (optional).

- Separate motors, drive the left and right spindles and synchronized control eliminates inter-tooth deviation to achieve high-precision rolling.
- Adjustment of the pitch of the rollers is controlled by inputting values from the NC screen.
