TC640 High Speed Drilling and Tapping Centre is developed based on the design concept of international popular, advanced and flexible vertical machine tools. Its main purpose is to drill and tap holes in non-ferrous metals, aluminium substrates and other materials, as well as to perform boring and milling operations. With its fast movement speeds and high spindle speeds, the efficiency and quality of drilling and tapping is more than twice that of a typical machining centre. It is an ideal machining machine for 3C products, communications and other industries, and is especially suited to cavity machining needs.

Features
TC640 is a small and medium-sized high-speed drilling and tapping centre machine with mechatronic design, beautiful and generous shape, and can carry out precision cutting. The machine can automatically and continuously complete a variety of processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and so on after the workpiece is clamped at one time.
- Three-axis motors are directly connected to high-precision ball screws to improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. All three linear axes adopt linear roller guides to ensure minimum vibration during high speed feeding and no crawling during low speed feeding.
- The spindle drive features a highly responsive spindle with speeds up to 20,000 rpm and is equipped with a central blowing function.
- The whole machine adopts HT300 high-grade resin sand moulding castings after special treatment, eliminating internal stress, reducing deformation and stabilising the precision of the machine tool; the large span base effectively disperses the gravity and machining force; the strong stability of the small zigzag column with the internal tic-tac-toe ribbed structure greatly strengthens the rigidity of the bed and the machining stability.
