TC1365 is a high-performance high-speed drilling, milling and tapping centre with mechatronic design, which is stylish and powerful, and is capable of automatically completing a wide range of machining processes such as milling, drilling, boring and tapping. Features
- The TC1365 offers high rigidity and stability, and the use of linear roller guideways in three axes ensures minimal vibration during high-speed feeds and no creepage during low-speed feeds.
- The spindle adopts BT30 specification with spindle speed up to 20,000rpm, equipped with 3.7/5.5kW motor power and an arm tool magazine with 21 tools, tool change time is only 1.3 seconds, which improves machining efficiency and accuracy.
- In addition, the model is equipped with advanced features such as a fully automatic lubrication system, tri-colour light, spindle blowing device and air curtain protection to ensure easy and safe operation.

- TC1365 high speed drilling and tapping center is capable of continuously and automatically completing various machining tasks such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, countersinking and turning threads after one-time clamping.
