Economical high speed EDM drilling machine DS703 series is equipped with digital display device for X and Y axes of the working table. Use pure water or tap water as working fluid. It can directly penetrate into the processing from the beveled and curved surface of the workpiece, and the maximum depth-to-diameter ratio of the processed holes can reach more than 200:1. This machine can also be used to etch out the drills and screws broken in the workpiece without damaging the original holes or threads.

• Machining speed up to 30~60mm per minute (depending on the material).
• Can process different conductive materials, especially suitable for processing stainless steel, sudden fire steel, copper and aluminum, hard alloy and so on.
• Can process cutter start holes, filter holes, nozzle holes, air holes, group holes, ultra-deep holes and so on.
• It can be processed directly on the beveled and curved surface of the workpiece.
• It is possible to erode drills and taps broken in the workpiece without damaging the threads.
