High precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine MGK series adopts the overall structure of table moving T-type layout, open static pressure guideway, high-precision ball screw transmission; the bed adopts double-layer structure (finite element analysis), special ratio cast iron monolithic casting, the combined surface of the guideway has been artificially scraped and researched with precision, with small thermal deformation, and long-lasting and stable precision maintenance. It is suitable for grinding the surface of cylindrical or conical rotary body, and can be used for form grinding by two-axis interpolating dressing wheels and longitudinal reciprocating grinding. Processing roundness ≤ 0.0005mm, cylindricity ≤ 0.002mm, roughness ≤ 0.04um.

Features
- The table (Z-axis) guide adopts open unloading Hydro-static guide structure, and the transversefeed (X-axis) adopts Swiss N/O linear guide structure. It adopts high precision roller screw drive, zero clearance,low speed and no creep.
- The Spindle of the grinding wheel adopts large taper, four oil wedge, automatic adjustable Hydro-dynamic pressure bearing, the workhead adopts Hydro-static spindle center-fixed grindingstructure, the tailstock adopts dense bead sleeve or linear bearing structure, the whole machine has strong rigidity and high precision.
- The machine bed adopts double-layer structure (finiteelement analysis),the casting with special ratio is casting one piece, and the combined surface is manually precision scraped ,thus the thermal deformation is stable and the accuracy is stable for a long time.Among them, MGK1320M adopts mineral bed structure, no deformation,and the accuracy is more durable and stable.

- High precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine MGK series is suitable for grinding the surface of cylindrical or conical rotating bodies, and can be used for profile grinding with two-axis interpolated dressing wheels, as well as longitudinal reciprocating grinding.
