Y7226CNC CNC worm wheel gear grinding machine can realize the features of automatic balance of grinding wheel, automatic tool setting, automatic dressing, automatic clamping of workpiece, automatic gear setting and full automatic control of automatic grinding process.

  • Adopting double workpiece spindle design, one workpiece spindle grinds while the other workpiece spindle loads and unloads the workpiece and aligns the teeth, which greatly improves the machining efficiency of the machine tool.
  • The machine can be equipped with robots (truss or articulated) and silos to further increase the degree of automation, improve machining efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
  • The machine operator interface is developed in depth on the basis of Siemens 840DSL, and it is possible to carry out tooth trimming of any shape; it greatly reduces the requirements for the machine operator.
  • The wheel spindle is equipped with a built-in dynamic balancing head, a vibration sensor installed on the grinding wheel stand and a dynamic balancing controller in the control cabinet, forming a motorized balancing system of the grinding wheel, which realizes even distribution of the allowance during dressing and grinding, effectively improves the grinding quality of the workpiece and the life of the spindle, and eliminates the collision caused by mishandling.
  • The grinding wheel spindle and workpiece spindle adopt direct drive technology, and the maximum grinding line speed can reach 80m/s; the workpiece spindle speed can reach 2000rpm, which can meet the demand of the new energy automobile industry for the continuous improvement of the grinding efficiency of gears with fewer gear teeth.
  • The new design of multi-station table, high-precision two-piece endface gear disk ensures repeatable positioning accuracy when workpiece spindle is exchanged; the innovative use of intermediate jacking and top rotary drive, the device has a tensioning buffer function, which improves the reliability of the equipment.
