Features
- The longitudinal guideway of the machine is designed as an integral 4-guide, and the transverse feed movement of the tool carrier adopts a high rigidity rectangular guideway, the perfect combination of the frame-type tool carrier technology and the fixed tool table improves the high rigidity and stability of the machine tool when cutting; the high rigidity tool carrier is especially suitable for machining workpieces over the center of the spindle.

Anti-backward & meshing plate mechanism for tail-stock
The heavy duty roll turning lathe is separately installed a heavy duty forced thrust plate. When clamping the work-piece, the meshing rack is driven to move up and down by the gear, which makes the rack meshed with the one installed on the machine base, so as to connect the tail-stock with machine base firmly that prevent the tail-stock to backward due to the excessive clamping force.
Gasket type pressure sensor display device of tail-stock sleeve
The tail-stock upper part with a gasket type pressure sensor device can display the actual clamping force.According to different work-pieces,the corresponding clamping can be adjusted to ensure the high-strength clamping.This device has pressure loss alarm to prevent the work-piece falling off due to insufficient clamping force and pressure loss.
