Horizontal CNC Lathe CK61 Series
Horizontal CNC lathe CK61 series is automatically controlled to realize different machining processes like inner hole, outer circle, conical surface, circular arc surface and threading. It is very suitable for machining shaft and disc parts, and widely used for steel & paper manufacture industries and the maintenance of large equipment. The machine bed adopts high-strength casting materials and resin sand molding. The guide rail adopts rectangle structure. The main driving mechanism of the headstock is driven by special AC frequency conversion or servo spindle motor. The tailstock fast moving mechanism is pulled by a separate motor. The tailstock tip can be used as either a live or a dead tip. The machine tool longitudinal direction is driven by the rack and pinion or ball screw, while the horizontal direction is driven by the ball screw, Both of horizontal and longitudial directions are driven by servo motor.

Features

- The Machine bed guide adopts rectangular hard rail design, The guide surface is done by high frequency and high precision surface grinding treatment.The sliding surface is pasted with guideway tape, which makes the guideway surface more smooth and wear-resistant.The widened hard rail design ensures the resistance and stability required for heavy cutting.

Closed-type roll rest with 3 columns
The machine is equipped with closed-type roll rest with 3 columns. The sliding top cover of roll rest realizes convenient operation and disassembly. This roll rest is directly mounted on the machine guide rail and positioned by the swallow rail with high stability and strong support force.
Open-type center rest
The open-type center rest is used for reducing the deformation of head-stock and tail-stock main shafts during heavy cutting process or replacing the tail-stock when the center is not suitable for machining the long work-piece.Dual rotation roller sleeve can be adjusted separately to meet with the support demands of different diameter work-pieces.
Dual dovetail rails+ Flat rail for machine base + anti backward of tailstock
The guide rail of machine base is designed a kind of dual dovetail rails with positioning function used for positioning movement of both sliding plate and tail-stock. lt has high positioning accuracy and stable movement. The tail-stock has anti-backward device to ensure the high strength clamping force.
High accuracy head-stock
40Cr forged and ground gears are used in the headstock with 4 gear shifts speed regulation. All shafts are spline structure with tight fit. The standard configuration of bearings are brands with high accuracy.The gear meshes with high accuracy and low noise.
