Spherical lathe C65 series is suitable for machining external spherical surface, internal spherical surface and workpieces with balls on the shaft, and can perform drilling and reaming work. The machining accuracy can reach above IT6-IT7, and the surface roughness of the machined parts can reach above Ra0.2μm.

Features
- Specialization: Spherical lathes are usually equipped with specially designed tools and accessories to accommodate the machining of spherical or other complex surfaces.
- High precision: After turning and surface hardening, the surface roughness of the sphere can reach Ra0.2 μm or higher, making it an ideal lathe for machining spherical surfaces.
- High rigidity: The lathe bed is made of HT300 high-strength cast iron with long aging treatment for high precision and durability.
- High hardness: the lathe guideway is quenched by induction quenching device, the thickness of hardened layer is 2-3 mm, and the hardness is 52 HRC.
- Convenient chip removal: the lathe bed has inclined chip removal ports, which is convenient for chip removal.
