Automotive engine cylinder head flexible automatic line is a highly automated production line specialized in mass production of cylinder heads for automotive engines. The cylinder head is an important part of the engine, covering the top of the engine block, sealing the combustion chamber, and working in concert with key components such as valves, camshafts, and spark plugs. The design of the flexible automated line allows it to accommodate the production of a wide range of cylinder head models without the need for extensive retooling, realizing the benefits of high-speed, high-quality mass production.

Intelligent flexible production line realizes annual production of automobile engine cylinder head up to 200,000 pieces with production beat ≤ 1.2 minutes, process capability index CPK value > 1.33, intelligent integrated control, and the overall technical index reaches the international advanced level. The machining process of this exhibit mainly includes the machining of cylinder head inlet and exhaust surfaces and hole systems, front and rear end face hole systems, camshaft holes and spark plug holes.
