The control system of the CNC lathe adopts FANUC-0i-TD CNC system and AC  servo drive technology, combined with high-efficiency parallel V-belt direct-drive spindle, which provides powerful power and precise control for the machine tool. For the special needs of bearing collar machining, we have especially increased the power of the main motor, which significantly improves the machining efficiency.

The line is capable of automatic turning of bearing rings with a diameter of φ300mm or less.
