CW-E series is a new type of general-purpose lathe. The machine can carry out all kinds of turning processing, mainly used for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other parts with rotating surfaces. It can complete the tasks of facing, grooving, cutting off, drilling and turning various commonly used metric, imperial, modulus and pitch threads.

Features
- The machine bed has been surface quenched and ground, and the quenching hardness is HRC50.
- The gears of the headstock box have gone through tooth quenching and precision grinding processing, and the precision of the high-speed gears can be up to grade 5; the spindle of the headstock box adopts three-point support, and the rigidity of the spindle is good; the handle of the headstock box adopts centralised manipulation. The gears of the feed box also adopt tooth quenching.
- The sliding box of the machine is equipped with fast moving device, overload safety device, longitudinal and transverse cross manipulation handle opening and closing nut handle.
- Various combinations of metric machines, imperial machines, and machines with various special functions are available.
- This series of machine tools can provide a variety of spindle bore diameter spindle structure, spindle bore diameter of 100mm, 130mm (special order) two kinds. There are two types of spindle head for the machine: C11 type and D11 type. Normally, C11 spindles are supplied. The D11 spindle is available for imperial machines and special order machines.
- The power of the main motor of this series of machine tools is 11kW (15kW and 22kW for special order).
- The headstock box and feed box of the machine tool are lubricated by oil pump shower type.
- The noise sound pressure level of the machine tool is not more than 83 (A).
