Features
The DK77HC Series offers advanced wire cutting with a fifth axis, electronic handwheel for easy operation, and a frequency converter for wire speed modulation. It ensures streak-free cuts and high surface quality, suitable for intricate workpieces.
- Add the fifth axis on the basis of X, Y, U and V axes. Realize workpiece rotary cutting processing.
- Equipped with electronic handwheel control as standard, which is convenient for users to adjust and operate.
- The wire transportation adopts frequency converter to realize infinite adjustment of the speed of wire walking and low noise and smooth operation.
- The wire transportation adopts PLC control to realize the deformation range reciprocating wire walking, and the forward and reverse wire walking stroke can be set arbitrarily.
- It realizes streak-free cutting and improves the surface quality of the processed workpiece.
