The TCK36A machine has a compact design and the external dimensions have been carefully designed to ensure rational utilization of machine space. The main spindle (C-axis) is driven by an advanced servomotor, offering high accuracy, high speed and high reliability. It is capable of efficiently turning cylindrical, face and threaded parts, as well as milling and drilling a variety of precision surfaces in both radial and axial directions.

• 45°Integral slanting bed, the bed is made of high-strength HT300 cast iron casting as a whole with high strength and good shock-absorption, and adopts independent spindle servo unit.
• The TCK36A inclined bed machine is designed with an inclined guideway, which significantly improves the stability of the machine due to gravity-induced displacement of the work piece and tool.
• The bed of slant-bed CNC lathe is tilted at an angle, which makes the force on the work piece in the machining process more uniform, reduces the deformation and vibration of the work piece, and improves the machining accuracy.
• The TCK36A inclined rail design effectively increases the space available for the machine and reduces the machine’s footprint.
• The TCK series machines do not have to change machining tools and can complete machining in a single pass, which improves the efficiency of machining.
