The VMC1270 machining centre has another breakthrough in machining strokes, and is normally equipped with 24 tools, mostly used in four-axis cutting operations. The guide way is mostly “two lines and one hard”, X, Y axis for linear guideway, Z axis using rigid hard guideway. The configuration of two lines and one hard not only has the rigidity of the hard rail, but also has the characteristics of the line rail fast movement and high precision, more comprehensive processing capabilities.

• High rigidity structure: the base, bed saddle, table, column, spindle box are made of high-quality resin sand moulding, high-strength and high-quality cast iron, with perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, and arrange enough reinforcement boards to ensure that the whole machine has enough strength, rigidity and high stability.
• High Precision Rigid Spindle: The spindle bearing adopts the complete set of pre-pressure high-precision angled ball bearings from NSK, Japan, which provides the spindle with maximum rigidity and accuracy.
• High positioning accuracy: CMM ball screw adopts elastic coupling to connect directly with AC servo motor, supported by special bearing of NSK screw from Japan and pre-stretched before delivery, which ensures the feed system with no clearance, high rigidity and stable working accuracy.

Applications

• CNC machining centre VMC1270 is mainly used for milling, drilling, expanding, boring, tapping, countersinking and other machining processes of valves, cams, moulds, plates and box parts, especially suitable for machining all kinds of complex shapes of two- and three-dimensional concave-convex models and complex cavities and surfaces, which can be used for small- and medium-sized batches of multi-species machining and production, and also can be entered into the automated line for mass production.
