The Vertical Machining Centre VMC855 manufactured by Minnuo is a machine designed for high efficiency and precision machining. Features
- VMC855 machining centre machine column adopts “herringbone” structure, y-direction motor rear; the base structure increases the machine leakage-proof water catching extension side, which improves the waterproof and leakage-proof of the whole machine.
- The guideway surface has been quenched by ultra-frequency, the hardness is more than hrc45°, and imported guideway grinding machine carries out high-precision grinding processing, so that the machine tool has excellent accuracy retention; and the guideway, spindle taper holes and the quenching of the table surface and other aspects of the proprietary technology, which greatly ensures the stability of the machine tool precision and reliability.
- Machining centres are equipped with a wide range of tools and are capable of performing a variety of machining tasks such as milling, drilling, tapping and reaming, making them suitable for the manufacture of complex parts.
- Can be installed with four axes and five axes, multi – sided one-time processing, improve production efficiency.
Applications
- This machining centre is mainly used for processing box-type workpieces, complex curved workpieces, shaped workpieces, disc-type workpieces, sleeve-type workpieces, plate-type workpieces, and other complex shaped workpieces can be processed using the machining centre.
