VMC650 is a small vertical machining center produced by Minnuo, which combines advanced CNC technology and precision machining capability for various machining applications.This small machining center has the advantages of strong rigidity, structural symmetry and good stability of the base frame of traditional vertical CNC milling machine, and introduces the international advanced dynamic rigidity design concept to optimize the design of moving parts.

Features
- The VMC650 machine is a cross-sliding vertical machining centre, which is mainly composed of bed, column, saddle, table, spindle box, external pipeline, operating station, electric cabinet, tool magazine, etc. The layout of the whole machine is reasonable and beautiful.
- The main basic parts are rigid and compact.
- The machine tool spindle adopts imported spindle components, driven by AC servo spindle motor through toothed belt, according to the user’s processing needs can also be configured with direct spindle, so that the machine tool main drive system, low noise.
- The machine tool is respectively by the table, bed saddle, spindle box to achieve longitudinal, horizontal, vertical three-way feed movement, the machine tool uses imported linear guide, dynamic response of the moving parts is good.
- Three-way feed drive using AC servo motors through the coupling and ball screw direct form of ball screw sub-pre-stretching treatment to eliminate thermal expansion and deformation.
