Features

• Conventional double-column CNC vertical lathe adopts large diameter ball screws and P4 class ball screw support bearings to provide large torque for feeding.
• The table adopts constant current hydrostatic guideway. Therefore its load carrying capacity and rotary accuracy is high.
• Steel guide beam. Tensioned stainless steel shield for crossrail guideway.
• Tool setting instrument is equipped as standard, easy to process large workpieces. Customers can choose grinding spindle for the machine.
• Constant flow hydrostatic guideway table, external independent large capacity oil tank, oil cooler to keep the oil temperature constant and reduce the thermal deformation of the table.

Optional Configurations

• Turret, tool holder type, cross section size, table with different load capacity are optional.
• CNC system optional: FANUC/Siemens/GUANGSHU/HUAZHONG CNC system.
• The main drive can choose mechanical 16-segment speed or AC frequency conversion mechanical 4-segment speed. Customers can choose AC frequency conversion / AC servo / DC servo motor.
• The main encoder can be equipped as an option for thread machining.
• In order to meet the requirements of high precision machining, the X-axis can be equipped with hydrostatic guideway, and the Z-axis can be equipped with rolling and sliding compound guideway.
• Oil cooler is optional.
• Options for customer’s tool head:
• One CNC head only.
• One CNC head and one PLC head.
• Two CNC heads

Applications

This series of machines can be used for machining external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, cut-offs, etc. of automobile wheels, as well as for machining complex threads.
