Conventional double column vertical lathe C5225E series is a traditional lathe with double columns. The main drive of the machine is divided into AC and DC, and the table is divided into sliding guideway and hydrostatic guideway for users to choose. It can be used for roughing and finishing of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooving and so on.

Features
- Traditional double-column machine tool main drive is divided into two kinds of AC and DC, the table is divided into sliding guideway, hydrostatic guideway for users to choose.
- The main drive logic control of the machine tool is controlled by Japan OMRON programmable control PC with good reliability.
- The feed system of the whole machine is 18 levels of AC.
- The electrical components are all adopted by Schneider or Siemens, and the flow control of the worktable adopts the flow transmitter of West Germany; the lubrication of the left and right tool holders adopts the domestic famous lubrication station.
- All the lathes of this series are made of high quality resin sand castings, which are tempered and aged to ensure good rigidity and precision.
- Side tool holder, cooling device, digital display device and other accessories can be provided according to user requirements.
Applications
- Conventional C5225E double column vertical lathe can be used for rough and finish machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooving and so on.
- This series of machine tool is suitable for rough and finish machining in electric motor, hydraulic turbine, aviation, mining machinery, metallurgy and general machinery industry.
