Features
- The economic single-column CNC vertical lathe adopts large-diameter ball screws for both X-axis and Y-axis, with P4 grade pair-mounted special screw support bearings and pre-tensioned structure.The Z-axis motor bracket and rotary slide seat are integrated with high rigidity design.
- The machine is equipped with electronic handwheel, system-controlled quantitative lubrication pump, electric cabinet air conditioner, and a full set of Schneider electrical components.
More optional functions:
- Users can since FANUC/SIEMENS/GSK/HNC and other systems.
- Users can choose according to the machine tool processing needs of the square ram fixed tool holder, manual five-station tool holder or electric four/five-station knife, BT50 built-in broach mechanism ram.
- The main drive can choose mechanical 16-stage variable speed or AC frequency conversion combined mechanical four-stage variable speed.
- The main spindle can be equipped with optional encoder to realize thread turning function.
